SUSTAINABLE HOTEL

Ours is a SUSTAINABLE hotel: respect for the environment, social responsibility and governance represent our key pillars.
Some of our furniture items are made from materials recovered during green maintenance. We have installed jet breakers in all rooms to reduce water waste; we are increasingly enhancing our recycling rate.
Among the amenities, we offer cosmetics from Terme di Telese, promoting local products.

SUSTAINABLE FOOD

In protecting the environment, food plays a crucial role.
Our territory is rich in land products, genuine and tasty, that perfectly match with a refined cuisine, but also proposals in line with the wellness journey that the hotel wishes to offer to its Guests.
Our menus include a selection capable of combining taste and health, providing vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, detox and healthy dishes.

GREEN ENERGY

Thanks to our microcogeneration and solar thermal plants, our carbon footprint has been significantly reduced.
With the former we generate electricity and thermal energy from a single natural primary source, while with the latter we convert the sun's heat into thermal energy for domestic hot water and heating, thus significantly reducing the amount of C02 released into the atmosphere.

ECO-SUSTAINABLE CLEANING

For laundry washing, we outsource the service to a local supplier who uses products with reduced environmental impact, while offering excellent quality. Rooms and public areas are cleaned by using only environmentally friendly detergents, the bottles of which are equipped with dosing devices that release only the minimum amount of detergent needed.
We also ask our Guests to actively participate by requesting to receive fewer unnecessary linen changes.

PLASTIC REDUCTION

We have replaced single-dose amenities in favor of larger dispensers, thus promoting a reduction in product waste (soaps and creams) and the amount of plastic used.
For Guests, we use only glass water bottles.
For our Staff, we have provided reusable water bottles and several water refill points, eliminating the use of plastic bottles.
We have also eliminated plastic straws.
